Instruction & Secure Payment Section of Website.

Just three quick steps and you have instructed us and ordered your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) - if required.

  1. Fill in the contact and property information opposite.
  2. Select the products/services you require.
  3. You will then be taken to a page where you can complete payment using the secure Google Checkout system or note the total due and pay by bank transfer or cheque (full instructions are provided at step 3 for these options).

Following payment:

  • Your Account Manager will contact you soon afterwards to introduce themselves, confirm and receipt your order and provide information on obtaining the property description and photographs etc.
  • Your draft details will be prepared for your approval.
  • An additional property visit will be required if you have not ordered an EPC (Energy Performance Certifcate) through us also. This is to confirm that your draft property advert is accurate (avoiding an additional visit is a big advantage of ordering your EPC through us too).
  • With your approval, and when confirmed, your online property advert will be uploaded to Rightmove etc.

The time taken to get you on the market is dependent mainly on how quickly access to the property can be achieved for the EPC and/or property advert confirmation. (typical turnaround is 2/3 days but we have marketed the same day before - even with an EPC needed).
